Vasectomy procedure $1,000

• This includes pre-procedure counseling via videos, the procedure itself including all materials, numbing agent, etc.

• Not included- a post vasectomy semen analysis, the cost of oral sedative such as valium (as little as $3 at local pharmacies), and a jock strap which is recommended but not required.

Additional video counseling $50

• This is optional. If after watching our educational/counseling videos you would like a video conference with Dr. Webster we will make arrangements

Pro-Nox nitrous oxide analgesia $100

• This is to cover the cost of the gases, the Pro-Nox system, and the disposable breathing mouth piece

Deposit

• We collect $100 deposit for the vasectomy and a $50 deposit if using Pro-Nox at the time of scheduling. This is refundable until 1 week prior to the appointment. You may change the date of your appointment up until 2 days before. The deposit is non-refundable if your cancel or reschedule your procedure less than 2 days prior to your appointment.

• Check- if paying by check, payment must be received at least 1 week before the procedure

Insurance

• At this time we do not work directly with insurance. This is in an effort to offer the lowest possible costs. Not all insurances cover vasectomies and many that do have a high deductible and/or co-insurance so the patient ends up paying out of pocket. Our prices are significantly lower than prices contracted through insurance programs.

• You are able to contact your insurance regarding direct reimbursements for your costs. We are happy to provide documentation of the procedure, amount paid, etc. This interaction is between you and your insurance. We will help in any way possible but we recommend discussing with your insurance prior to your procedure to understand their process.
